Finding an attorney to assist you with legal problems can be a difficult task. Experience and reputation are important. So is receiving personal attention and being treated with dignity and respect. I graduated from Southern Oregon College (now Southern Oregon University) with a degree in History. I attended the University of Oregon School of Law in Eugene. I received a Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree in 1976. Returning to the Rogue Valley, I joined the Jackson County District Attorney's Office. In 1980 I started my general practice of law. I was a general practitioner handling a wide variety of matters including bankruptcy. In 1988 I became a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Oregon. I was assigned to SAiF Corporation, Oregon's largest Workers' Compensation insurer. In 1996 I returned to private practice. I emphasize Bankruptcy and Workers' Compensation Claims. I have provided some information on Bankruptcy and Workers' Compensation in the following pages. This is general information and is not intended to create an attorney client relationship. Nor is it to replace individual legal advice. Every situation is different. If you need legal services, I'd be honored to have you contact us for an appointment.
